All bouquets are beautifully hand-tied by our expert florists and packed perfectly. To ensure a long lasting, and fresh gift, our florist then place the bouquet in a water pack. Your gift will be hand delivered, in Nairobi, by our own experienced flower delivery service team. For outside of Nairobi, we work with our country’s best couriers to ensure that flowers & gifts reach the recipient fast and in perfect condition.

All our gifts includes a personalized card message to compliment the gift. All gift messages are hand written to make every order a personal experience. The card is free.

Placing an order online is made easy with our website. You may choose by occasion or flower type, with each option containing a selection of suitable bouquets.

You can order a combo or select multiple items and we’ll deliver together.

We accept international payment methods such as VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Union pay (credit/debit card) as well as mobile payment options such as Mpesa and Airtel money.

Upon placing an order online or over the phone, you will be emailed your copy of the invoice containing all your order details, such as the order number in case you wish to enquire about your flowers or wish to make a change.

Yes we offer Same Day Delivery in Nairobi only for orders made by 4pm and Next Day Delivery for outside Nairobi, and for the orders placed after 4pm.

No we do not deliver on Sundays.

We also offer an option of timed delivery which guarantees your flowers will be delivered within the time slot specified. Enter delivery date and time at the check page.

If you have chosen the appropriate delivery option then we will deliver the flowers at the indicated delivery date & time of your order.

We will attempt to delvier the flowers to the recipient, however they may not be at the address specified at the time. Our customer service team will give you a call to let you know if that is the case and will seek advice from you as to what we should do next. Should we not hear from you, the flowers wil go out for re-delivery the following day.

It is always advised to provide all required information at the checkout page in order for us to deliver on time without any delays.
