Return and Refund Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product with another one of a similar value.

Returns are allowed if done within 72 hours (3 days) of delivery for resolution. We do not accept returns after the 72 hour period.

Please note: Clearance Sale items are not returnable unless defective or damaged during shipment.

All returns must be in new condition, unused and in the original packaging. We cannot sell used products. Please ensure that the package of the returning item is in good condition for the return. Also ensure that any free promotional items; gifts or accessories delivered with the purchased item are included in the packaging.

After receiving and evaluating the returned product, we will notify you by WhatsApp / SMS or call with a status update on whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.

We will work diligently to resolve any unsatisfactory situation.
