All bouquets are beautifully hand-tied by our expert florists and packed perfectly. To ensure a long lasting, and fresh gift, our florist then place the bouquet in a water pack. Your gift will be hand delivered, in Nairobi, by our own experienced flower delivery service team. For outside of Nairobi, we work with our country’s best couriers to ensure that flowers & gifts reach the recipient fast and in perfect condition.

Yes we have same day delivery in Nairobi, Kiambu and Thika for orders made before 4pm.

Orders not within the above zones will be delivered next day when placed before 4pm.

Placing an order online is easy on our website. You may choose by occasion or flower type, with each option containing a selection of suitable bouquets.

You can order a combo or select multiple items and we’ll deliver together.

We accept international payment methods such as VISA, MasterCard, Amex, Union pay (credit/debit card) as well as mobile payment options such as Mpesa and Airtel money.

All our gifts includes a personalized card message to compliment the gift. All gift messages are hand written to make every order a personal experience. The card is free.

We have an option of timed delivery which guarantees your flowers will be delivered within the time slot specified within our working hours (9am to 6pm).

We will attempt to deliver the gifts to the recipient, however they may not be at the address specified at the time.

We will contact you to let you know if that is the case and seek advice from you on what to do.

Delivery charges are as follows:

Nairobi and it’s environs – KSh 500
Outside Nairobi and within Kenya – KSh 800

Delivery rates may change on busy schedules.

Upon placing an order via our website, you will be emailed your copy of the invoice containing the order details for your reference.

Some senders may wish to stay annonymous. If that is the case with your order, we will not be able to disclose such information.

It is advised to provide all required information at the checkout page in order for us to deliver on time without any delays.

If you do not have a precise delivery address, we can call and get it from the recepient.
